William R. Batt is Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer for Kemmons Wilson, Inc. In addition he is the company's Chief Investment Officer.

Bill began his career with the company in 1983.  His responsibilities include cash and liquidity management, credit procurement and credit management as well as oversight of Accounting, Tax compliance and planning, Human Resources and Information Technology.  He chairs the Private Investment and Marketable Securities Committees and is on the Capital Allocation Committee.

Bill is a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
