William R. Batt is Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer for Kemmons Wilson, Inc. In addition he is the company's Chief Investment Officer.

Bill began his career with the company in 1983.  His responsibilities include cash and liquidity management, credit procurement and credit management as well as oversight of Accounting, Tax compliance and planning, Human Resources and Information Technology.  He chairs the company's Marketable Securities Committee and is on the Private Equity and Capital Allocation Committees.

Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and is part of the Board of Directors of Metropolitan BancGroup, Inc. and Global Investment Management Services, LLC.  He is also a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
