You are required to complete our grant application process in its entirety. You should receive a phone call, letter, or email within two weeks to confirm the receipt of your application.

Grant Applications Requirements:
  • Completed Grant Application Form
  • Concise List of Current Board Members (limited to one page)
  • Copy of Audited Financials
  • Copy of 501c3 Status
Applications will be considered according to the following submission deadlines:

August 15

KWFF Board meetings will be held in March, August and November. The above submission deadlines appropriately coordinate with each of these meetings. January applications will be reviewed in March; June applications will be reviewed in August; and August applications will be reviewed in November. Submission dates are firm.
