You are required to complete our grant application process in its entirety. You should receive a phone call, letter, or email within two weeks to confirm the receipt of your application. You will be notified within 6-8 weeks if your request has been accepted or declined for review at the next Board meeting.

Grant Applications Requirements:
  • Completed Grant Application Form
  • Concise List of Current Board Members (limited to one page)
  • Copy of Audited Financials
  • Copy of 501c3 Status
Applications will be considered according to the following submission deadlines:
