Edward E. "Chip" Crenshaw is Vice-President & Controller of Kemmons Wilson, Inc.

Chip started with Kemmons Wilson Inc. in 1985 and oversees the accounting department operations for Kemmons Wilson Companies.  As Vice-President and Controller, Chip is responsible for financial reporting for Kemmons Wilson Companies.  He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Chip serves as a deacon at Germantown Baptist Church.  He was also formerly the President of the Memphis Chapter of Delta State University Alumni.
