C. Kemmons “Kem” Wilson, III is Vice President of Kemmons Wilson, Inc.

Kem started with Kemmons Wilson, Inc. in 2005 and oversees private investment initiatives including the development, sourcing, analysis and due diligence of various identified opportunities.  Kem's duties also include analysis of other miscellaneous projects.

Kem serves on several business and civic association boards. He currently is on the Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute, Young Leaders Group.  He is also a member of the Cornell Hotel Society and the Association for Corporate Growth.  Kem is on the Board of Directors for Red Zone Ministries and a member of Second Presbyterian Church.
